DONATIONS ACCEPTED
Our donors rely on the due diligence offered by the Foundation to assure their dollars meet community needs or needs the donor has specified, such as the Detwiler Fire Relief Fund.
Donations of cash or other assets are tax deductible to the extent allowed by IRS and other requirements.
To discuss a donation, or if you have questions about our funds or how the new Tax Law might impact the tax deductibility of your donation, please leave a message for Marilyn Saunders, our Executive Director, at 209.742.1022

Considering Establishing a Private Foundation?
If you are thinking about setting up your own Private Foundation, please consider directing funds through the Mariposa Community Foundation instead. This will provide a high-impact alternative to a private foundation and will alleviate you of day-to-day fiscal responsibilities, in addition to IRS tax reporting, and certain California legal and tax reporting requirements.
